The Live Green, Live Smart Institute is a socially
responsible business enterprise focused on primary and secondary research into
sustainable construction practices, education and green building science
certification for third parties. The
organization acts as a green building certification training developer for
North American Real Estate brokers and agents, Interior Designer, Decorators
and Contractors. Live Green was responsible for the management and construction
of the world’s first LEED for Homes® platinum remodel. The organization is strategic partners on
green building research with over 24 organizations that range from Dow and Best
