With construction completed, Live Green, Live Smart's Sustainable House is now open for tours. We have always treated this project as an educational laboratory; a place to learn about sustainability and sustainable building. Giving tours of the House and making ourselves available for Q & A are integral parts of that educational process.

We will be conducting tours of the house on Wednesdays only, and by appointment only.

In the future we may have weekend open houses; there will be information on this website when those are scheduled.

Please keep in mind that this is not a model home. We want to perform real-life tests of the performance and ease-of-use of our sustainable features. In order to conduct this research, the House is being lived in by a family. For the sake of their privacy, we ask that people visit only during scheduled tour times and not come by the House unannounced. Thank you.
